IJAMMP
IJAMMP upholds the highest standards of peer review integrity. Each submitted manuscript undergoes a rigorous single-blind peer review process to ensure its quality, validity, and relevance. The review process follows these structured steps:
Upon submission, the Chief Editor or Managing Editor assigns an editor to oversee the review process. The assigned editor evaluates the manuscript's alignment with the journal's aims and scope. The manuscript is also checked for plagiarism. Manuscripts exceeding a 20% similarity index are automatically rejected. If the submission meets ethical and formatting criteria, it is assigned an ID and proceeds to the single-blind peer review process. Manuscripts that fail to adhere to the journal's ethics policy may be rejected immediately.
The assigned editor appoints two expert peer reviewers from the relevant field within one week of submission. Reviewers assess the manuscript based on originality, research design and methodology, clarity of presentation, and reliability of conclusions. Reviewers may recommend:
Authors receive detailed feedback for necessary revisions.
Authors revise their manuscripts according to the reviewers' comments and resubmit within the editor-specified deadline.
If needed, the manuscript undergoes additional rounds of review until it satisfies the journal's publication criteria.
Upon successful peer review and necessary revisions, the manuscript is recommended for acceptance. The final decision is approved by either the Chief Editor or the Managing Editor, who ensures that all review procedures have been meticulously followed. The accepted manuscript is then advanced to the Copy and Publication Editors to prepare for subsequent stages.
All accepted manuscripts undergo a comprehensive internal English language review. The Managing Editor cross-checks the manuscript's formatting and figure quality to ensure they meet the journal's standards.
